Step 02
Permitting & Planning
Structural work, electrical changes, plumbing reroutes, and most additions require permits through the local Ventura County or city building department. We handle the paperwork and inspections so you don't.
Step 03
Structural Repair & Preparation
Framing repairs, subfloor work, moisture remediation, and rough-in of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems. This is the unglamorous work that determines whether the finished space holds up for decades.
Step 04
Construction & Installation
Drywall, flooring, cabinetry, tile, paint, fixtures, trim, siding, decking — whatever the project calls for. The crew is Heartland's, not subcontracted-out to whoever had availability.

Final Inspection & Walkthrough
